"We were ready to plan a European trip that had been postponed due to Covid. We met with Renae and she immediately put my mind at rest about planning in this new post-covid world we live in! Her personality, enthusiasm about all things travel related, and her extensive knowledge based on her own travel experiences is just amazing. After spending some time talking through our wishlist with her we were able to get an itinerary planned (and booked almost within the week) that was within budget and covered the countries we most wanted to visit this trip. This included booking a number of aspects of the trip for people who live in the UK who were meeting us for parts of our Journey! With Renae’s expert advice and planning, we travelled easily through Rome, Florence, Venice, Paris and London over 4 weeks without a hiccup! We can’t thank Renae enough for all her hard work, and an absolutely amazing holiday. She was always available (before and during our trip) to answer any questions or look into new things to add to our adventure and everything, from her recommendations to the hotels, the trains times, the airline we used, recommendations on the best way to get around and all of our pre-booked activities all just happened seamlessly. Even where one of the providers had to cancel our Pisa trip at the last minute, Renae made sure we got on alternative option that actually turned out to be even better. Or when it looked like UK rail had cancelled one of our journeys and I messaged her in a mad panic… Renae replied immediately with advice on what we should do…. Even though I’m pretty sure it was probably the middle of the night here in Australia on both occasions! The entire trip was just amazing and we look forward to working with Renae again for our next adventures!"
